better PSU and GPU

Are you ok with going a little over budget?

I would spend a chunk on a better quality psu and you can get a freesync monitor for only an extra ~$5.

Slightly faster ram is always a good move for ryzen cpus, that's an extra $4.

And wahetever else you do you'll prolly want a couple extra case fans as the 1 rear exhaust you get with the mx330 wont really give you enough airflow.
